What is it?
Hoofstar Gel is based on a combination of copper chelates, zinc chelates and tea tree oil. It is developed for individual application after claw trimming. For optimal effect and protection, Hoofstar Gel has a very strong adhesion. Hoofstar Gel does not contain any antibiotics, formalin or copper sulphate. As a result, there is no risk of antibiotic resistance and the products are safe for animals, users and the environment. This makes Hoofstar Gel the sustainable choice for your farm.

Directions for use
- Secure the animals in the hoof trimming box.
- Trim the claw and thoroughly remove all loose pieces.
- Thoroughly dry and clean the claw and interdigital space.
- Apply a well-covering layer of Hoofstar Gel to the claw and the interdigital space. Allow a few minutes for Hoofstar Gel to be absorbed.
- If needed, tape the claw with Hooftape. Leave the tape for 2 to 5 days and then remove it.
- Repeat steps 1 through 5 if necessary.
